One Dalton Four Seasons Hotel & Residences

A breathtaking I.M. Pei design in downtown Boston, this iconic building will complete in 2019. The FF&E designs from Bill Rooney Studios are in the manufacturing phase currently that will begin installing mid 2018 to complete this multi-use hospitality property to create a global standard for a luxury hotel destination for guests and a truly deluxe lifestyle experience for residents. The procurement team for GS will complete the FF&E and the OS&E for the residences with a standard of luxury and quality as required by Four Seasons and Ownership.
